Finding new ways of making money with your blog is one of every webmaster’s goals. Technorati Media is an interesting CPM ads company that can help a webmaster round up his earnings. As I have told you, being accepted by Technorati Media is not that hard: the process is only taking around 2 weeks, you complete a form, they will review your site in couple of days and afterwords you will receive an email with some tax form to complete. And after 2 weeks, they will send you the ads links and the login informations.

1. Ad Format

The variety of ads format is not that big, but you can do the job with it. The following ads sizes are available at Technorati Media:160×600, 300×250, (300×250,300×600) and 728×90.

2. Payment Information

The minimum amount of money that can be withdrawn is 50$, the money can be withdrawn via PayPal or Check and the threshold period is 60 days.

3. Technorati Media Income Report

Technorati Media income report is not too clear, the amount of money earned for the selected period can be found on “Net pub comp” column. I am a member for 2 weeks, I have only used one ad on the bottom of the home page. My earnings are not that great: I was able only to earn 0.49 $. Making money with CPM ads is for sites that have a lot of visitors, I was able to earn 0.49$ for 5.000 impressions with Technorati Media. I don’t exactly know how much are other networks paying but I can tell you that I am not very happy with how much I received from Technorati Media. For now, I will continue keeping the ad, just until I find a better alternative.
